Ariana has studied Coaching with an accredited coaching institution, CoachU, and holds her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).  Ariana is committed to coaching to the standards for coaches globally set through the ICF’s Core Competencies and Code of Ethics and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) – Atlantic Chapter.

Ariana has 17+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, Operations, Sales Training, Coaching, and Workforce Development with Fortune 500 and large companies, most notably Xerox Canada.  Large-scale Workforce Development initiatives that Ariana has led at Xerox Canada include Employee Engagement, Employee Recognition, and Employee Wellness.  She also has valuable experience in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Outsourcing, and managing Service Delivery teams.

In the Sales arena, Ariana has been responsible for managing Key Accounts and delivering Sales Training.

Industries she has worked in include: Financial Services, Publishing, and Technical Services. Based in Nova Scotia, Canada, Ariana works with Coaching clients in the U.S., Canada, and Internationally.

Ariana’s gift as a coach is her ability to support her clients in thinking situations through and examining them from all sides and helping them weigh all the pertinent evidence, so they do not jump to conclusions, but truly select the best solution possible.

Ariana also has a passion for helping her clients see the big picture and make sense of business complexities. And her strong trait of hope leads her to support her clients in expecting the best in the future and having the resilience to work to achieve it.
